The integration solution allows for all new contact data in Virtuous to be sent automatically to Classy. Now fundraisers can reduce data silos across their organization and establish better trust in the data all while serving their donors.
In addition to new features, the improved integration will enable organizations to choose to:
- Map custom questions created on Classy forms to be mapped to Virtuous’ custom fields
- Global unsubscribe from donor and email lists in both Virtuous and Classy.
- Map transactions with tribute information from Classy to honoree and acknowledgee, respectively, in Virtuous.
- Connect Pledges from Classy as Pledges in Virtuous. Gifts on these pledges will be connected to the pledge and follow standard tracking.
- Ability to map fundraisers to Segments from Classy campaigns with fundraisers.
