Introducing Virtuous Mobile App 2.0: Fundraising on the Go, Made Easier

TL;DR:

  • Virtuous Mobile App 2.0 brings essential CRM+ tools to iOS and Android.
  • Donor profiles and giving history help fundraisers prepare for meetings.
  • Notes, tasks, and nearby contacts support fundraising on the go.
  • No additional fees are required to access the app.

Fundraising doesn’t always happen behind a desk. For major gift officers and field fundraisers, some of the most important work happens between donor meetings, on the road, or during a quick break before the next conversation.

That’s why we’re introducing Virtuous Mobile App 2.0, a completely rebuilt mobile experience designed to help fundraisers stay connected to their donors and manage their work while they’re on the go.

Available for iOS and Android, the new app brings essential Virtuous CRM+ features to your phone, making it easier to prepare for meetings, capture important details, and stay on top of daily priorities.

What’s New in Virtuous Mobile App 2.0?

We’ve rebuilt the Virtuous Mobile App from the ground up with a focus on the workflows fundraisers rely on most when they’re away from their desks.

Here’s what you can do with the new app.

1. Prepare for Donor Meetings With the Information You Need

Need to refresh your memory before walking into a donor meeting?

With Virtuous Mobile App 2.0, you can quickly search for contacts and review their profiles, giving history, notes, and relationships.

Whether you’re preparing for your first meeting of the day or reviewing details between visits, your donor information is accessible right from your phone.

2. Find Nearby Donors While You’re in the Field

When you’re traveling to meet supporters, you may have opportunities to connect with other donors in the area.

The new mobile app includes a map view that helps you identify nearby contacts and open directions to their locations.

It’s an easier way to see who else is nearby while you’re planning your day.

3. Capture Donor Interactions While They’re Fresh

After a donor meeting, the details of your conversation are still fresh. The new app makes it easier to capture them before moving on to your next appointment.

You can add notes, create or update contact information, and manage follow-up tasks directly from your phone.

That means less information to remember later and a more complete record of your donor interactions in Virtuous CRM+.

4. Stay on Top of Your Daily Priorities

Your day can change quickly when you’re working in the field.

With the new Home dashboard, you can access supported configurable widgets to help you review your day and stay organized.

You can also create and manage contact-level tasks, update their status, and review an in-app activity feed that includes gift activity.

Everything is designed to help you keep important donor information and follow-up work close at hand.

Built to Work With Virtuous CRM+

Virtuous Mobile App 2.0 connects directly to your Virtuous CRM+ data, giving you access to essential donor information without needing to open your desktop.

The app focuses on the mobile workflows that matter most to field fundraisers, including donor research, meeting preparation, notes, and task management.

It’s designed to complement your desktop CRM+ experience, so you can keep working with your donor information wherever fundraising takes you.

How to Get Started With Virtuous Mobile App 2.0

Virtuous Mobile App 2.0 is scheduled for general availability in early November 2026, following customer beta testing.

The app will be available as a new, separate download for iOS and Android. Existing mobile app users will need to download the new version rather than update their current app.

Once available, you can sign in using your Virtuous credentials to access your CRM+ information.

There are no additional fees to access the new mobile app’s available features.

App Store and Google Play download links coming soon.

Your Donor Relationships, Wherever You Go

The best donor conversations happen when you’re prepared, present, and able to follow through.

Virtuous Mobile App 2.0 helps you do just that, with quick access to donor context, nearby contacts, and the tools you need to capture important interactions.

Whether you’re heading into a meeting, traveling between visits, or wrapping up your day, you can stay connected to your donors and your work.
