The team no longer relies on exporting data from one system and importing it into another. Now, sign-ups for email newsletters and other communications from their website automatically flow from Mailchimp directly into Virtuous to be reconciled against existing supporter contact records.
Data Migration and Onboarding
To ensure there was a smooth data migration process, the Virtuous Customer Success Team analyzed Exodus’ data in their legacy system, eTapastry, and created a customized data migration plan that had Exodus Road up and running in Virtuous within a matter of a few weeks.
Once the data migration process was complete, the entire team was using Virtuous after one personalized training session.
