Since launching her career with the international humanitarian organization, World Vision, Madeleine has gone on to grow development programs for nonprofits working across mental health, arts education, leadership development, integrative medicine, distributive justice, transitional justice, women’s rights, and more. Today, in her donor engagement consulting practice, Madeleine is pioneering #healthyphilanthropy to raise major money through trauma-informed and culturally sensitive community-building practices.
