AskGenius uses all the data available to help nonprofits set the perfect ask amounts for each donor. If you use DonorSearch for wealth screening, AskGenius will use those data points to help create precise ask strings for each donor. Wealth research like that provided by DonorSearch will help create the most accurate ask strings possible, but it is not necessary for the solution to work.

AskGenius can only access the data fields necessary to help a Virtuous client generate personalized ask strings and generate their mailing lists. Customers will need to grant AskGenius access to the data inside their Virtuous CRM.
Yes, data security is a top priority for AskGenius and Virtuous. We strictly adhere to data protection standards to ensure all customer data remains safe. AskGenius uses secure AWS servers for data storage, requires two- factor authentication for sign-ins, and uses AWS Amplify for password hashing. Virtuous customers can rest assured that their data is safe and secure. And AskGenius will never share or sell their data to any third-party organization. The data is used for the sole purpose of helping the nonprofit to set the perfect ask amounts for every donor prospect on their list.
