Sometimes the answer is “just Turnkey employees.” But more often that team includes different kinds of people. Some have their own consultancies, or sometimes the perfect person works for one of our clients. (Yes, we get permission.) Sometimes that person is retired, or sometimes the perfect person has left the industry, or never was in the social good stew at all. Once – honest – the person had never had a real job; just out of college. But, his work in small particle physics data analysis made him right for the job we had to do. Life is strange. We roll with it.
If a particular person is the answer to a problem, we chase them down and put them to work with us, for you.
As you can imagine, our tribe includes a LOT of different kinds of people, and they change categories all the time: client today, consultant tomorrow, becomes an employee, then client again…the people we show on our site are a smattering of those we consider in our tribe.
